I would utilize accommodating conflict-management style in this situation. This is because there is no reason for which the customer has to be made more irritated by me. There has to be the customer made to feel comfortable to not think about completely ending all professional relationships with me. Every kind of facility must be provided to the customer. There must be attempts made to obtain brand-loyalty from the customer. This is my typical conflict management style because I believe in making every situation positive and as productive as possible so that win-win situation can be achieved.
